Driving Sustainable Logistics Across MARQ Assets in the UK
In the United Kingdom, Greenvolt Next is delivering rooftop solar PV solutions across MARQ logistics assets occupied by logistic businesses part of a big Business Park located near Birmingham, UK industial node. These projects provide on-site renewable energy that improves operational efficiency while delivering tangible electricity cost savings for tenants. Together, the installations are expected to generate up to 1,610 MWh of clean electricity annually and avoid approximately 709 tons of CO₂ emissions each year, demonstrating the value of integrating renewable energy into modern logistics facilities.

Germany is home to one of MARQ’s largest logistics asset portfolios in Europe, Greenvolt Next completed ten projects and is now supporting the deployment of on-site solar solutions for an additional 50 logistics sites, strengthening energy resilience and enabling an average of 45% energy self-sufficiency per project. This long-term partnership reinforces our role as a trusted energy partner while helping enhance the value and sustainability of MARQ’s real estate portfolio.
