Com esta opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa do Grupo Greenvolt dedicada \u00e0 Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Distribu\u00edda, d\u00e1 mais um passo na sua estrat\u00e9gia de crescimento, refor\u00e7ando a sua capacidade de entrega de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de energia renov\u00e1vel tanto em Portugal como em Espanha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de 75% do capital da empresa espanhola, tornada p\u00fablica no in\u00edcio do m\u00eas de agosto, foi assinada nesta data, isto depois de ter sido recebida a n\u00e3o oposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Autoridade da Concorr\u00eancia \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o. O regulador considerou que a compra da Ib\u00e9rica Renovables pela Greenvolt Next Portugal &#8220;n\u00e3o \u00e9 suscet\u00edvel de criar entraves significativos \u00e0 concorr\u00eancia efetiva no mercado nacional ou numa parte substancial deste&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jo\u00e3o Manso Neto, CEO do Grupo Greenvolt, salienta que este \u00e9 &#8220;<em>mais um passo na dire\u00e7\u00e3o certa por parte da Greenvolt Next Portugal que com a Ib\u00e9rica Renovables refor\u00e7a a sua capacidade de entrega de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de energias renov\u00e1veis, permitindo-lhe dar resposta \u00e0 crescente procura a que estamos a assistir por sistemas de Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Distribu\u00edda<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;<em>A Ib\u00e9rica Renovables vem dotar-nos de uma maior capacidade de resposta. Temos o know-how, temos os clientes, mas com esta opera\u00e7\u00e3o conseguimos reduzir de forma expressiva o tempo decorrido entre adjudica\u00e7\u00e3o e instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos<\/em>&#8220;, diz Pedro Lavareda de Carvalho. &#8220;Vamos entregar mais rapidamente as nossas solu\u00e7\u00f5es que al\u00e9m da vantagem econ\u00f3mica t\u00eam um forte impacto positivo em termos ambientais&#8221;, acrescenta o <em>partner<\/em> cofundador da Greenvolt Next Portugal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m de centrais de autoconsumo, com a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de pain\u00e9is solares fotovoltaicos em coberturas, no solo e em parques de estacionamento, a empresa espanhola \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m especialista na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de centrais fotovoltaicas, em particular, nas \u00e1reas de montagem mec\u00e2nica e obra el\u00e9trica, em regime &#8220;chave na m\u00e3o&#8221;, em projetos de centrais solares de larga escala <em>(Utility Scale).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em 2022, a empresa sediada em Sevilha, Espanha, instalou um total de 184 MWp em Portugal e Espanha,. Atualmente, a carteira de encomendas da Greenvolt Next Portugal ascende a 141 MWp, perspetivando-se um acelerar do ritmo de entrega das solu\u00e7\u00f5es de energia renov\u00e1vel aos clientes
